Information we process
GlobalStacks may process account details, authentication identifiers, tenant and project records, host metadata, sandbox records, deployment logs, runtime health events, and support messages you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the control plane, authenticate users, provision and manage infrastructure resources, troubleshoot deployments, secure the service, and improve product reliability.
Operational telemetry
Host and sandbox telemetry is used for placement, lifecycle state, health checks, auditability, and debugging. Product features should use typed APIs and agent RPCs rather than unmanaged host shell access.
Credential handling
GlobalStacks is designed to keep durable credentials in control-plane or brokered secret paths instead of copying long-lived secrets into sandbox definitions, logs, command arguments, or workload files.
Retention
Operational records may be retained for account administration, security review, debugging, billing, and compliance with configured product retention windows. Plan-specific retention is described in the product and pricing materials where applicable.
