Marketplace publisher agreement

Responsibilities that apply when an organization proposes an extension or template release.

Effective date: August 2, 2026

Pre-release notice: This document describes intended pre-release responsibilities and is not yet a commercial publisher contract.

Your authority

You must have the rights needed to submit, license, distribute, and support the content, name, trademarks, documentation, and artifacts in a proposal.

Accurate submissions

Source identity, manifests, permissions, egress, dependencies, licenses, privacy links, support links, and security information must be complete and accurate. New source or materially changed behavior requires a new immutable proposal revision.

Security and maintenance

You must not include malware, concealed behavior, unauthorized data collection, credential extraction, or attempts to bypass GlobalStacks isolation and broker boundaries. Notify GlobalStacks of material vulnerabilities and publish corrected releases promptly.

Review and distribution

Organization approval creates only a private release. A separate System review is required for cross-organization distribution. GlobalStacks may request changes or remove a distribution grant without taking ownership of the release.
